The material is cut under three cloth cutting machines at the rate of 1660 meters per hour it is then coated with wax and other strengthening solutions. In the next phase, the material is sorted according to texture, design, and size. The material is then arranged according to the required bundle specification. This process is automated and sensors are used to determine the texture of the material. Then, the patterns pass through looms where the fabric is woven according to the specified design and size. There are a total of 300 looms used in this process. After this process is complete, the fabric is superficially heated and treated with a finishing solution.
